VidaTeam serivce will be renewed from month to month. There is no terms or contract. You can terminate the service at any time, Any negative balance will be due immediately, and remaining balance will be refunded within 60 days.
Can I have post pay account for the services?
Sorry, we do not offer post-pay service for VidaTone and VidaTeam.
Can I make payment via Paypal or bank wiring?
Yes, you can.
What happens if I run out of funds in my account?
You will not be able to make long distance calls, if your account balance is too low to cover the costs. You will still be able to make free calls to other vidaTone or VidaTeam members for up to one month. Please note your phone numbers may be deactivated, if funds in your account are not replenished to cover that monthly service fee.
