Vida IP-PBX Office Pro and Vida Call Center Edition are Asterisk compatible solutions designed for SMB and Corporate customers. We made Asterisk easy for everybody. It empowers business owners to construct IVR menu, manage ACD queues, monitor/record conversations by each extension, and improve the customer relationship using integrated CRM system.
The IntelliGate product family consists of Soft-switches, Virtual IP PBXes, PSTN trunks, messaging/conference systems, call routing rule authoring tools, full featured billing system, and a Web-based management system with Admin, Operator, PBX and end user web portals. The IntelliGate product family is a distributed, modular and highly scalable application platform that could be configured to provide services to residential users, virtual offices and remote call centers.
